HR Rebooted Launches Governance 1st Platform for AI Oversight in HR

HR Rebooted has launched Governance 1st, a platform designed to help HR professionals manage AI use within organizations. The company also added Kelly Cunningham as COO and Rachel Weeks as CMO to support the initiative.

HR Rebooted has released Governance 1st, described as the first platform built for human resources professionals to manage artificial intelligence use in organizations, announced in a press release. The SaaS platform provides tools, templates, and guidance for developing and maintaining AI governance policies across HR operations.

The company said Governance 1st enables HR leaders to oversee AI adoption while ensuring compliance and risk management in line with organizational policies. The platform’s beta program opened on November 12.

Alongside the launch, HR Rebooted appointed Kelly Cunningham as Chief Operating Officer to lead research and software development efforts, and Rachel Weeks as Chief Marketing Officer to direct market strategy and product positioning. Cunningham brings over 30 years of experience in technology and software leadership, while Weeks has more than two decades of marketing experience in HR technology.

According to the company, Governance 1st aims to help HR departments establish structured AI governance frameworks as organizations increasingly integrate AI into their operations.
