Hoth Therapeutics Renamed Rocket One, Focus Shifts to Space AI Hardware
Rocket One Inc., formerly Hoth Therapeutics, has completed its corporate name change and will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol RKTO on May 28, 2026. The company announced the transition and its focus on the orbital economy in a press release.
Rocket One has secured exclusive rights to a nanomagnetic AI chip architecture designed for ultra low power and radiation tolerant computing. The technology retains data without power, uses minimal energy per calculation, and is compact enough for nanosatellite payloads. It is intended for use in space and defense environments where energy efficiency and resilience are critical.
The company’s new direction centers on developing AI chip and memory hardware for orbital and radiation exposed conditions, nano launch and satellite systems, and defense applications. Its biotechnology programs will continue under a wholly owned subsidiary.
Rocket One’s stock will cease trading under its previous symbol HOTH at the close of May 27, 2026, with the name change effective May 26, 2026. The company’s website is www.rocketone.space.
