HMCI and Rapt.AI Deploy NVIDIA GB10 Systems for Rancho Cordova AI Ecosystem

November 21, 2025
The Human Machine Collaboration Institute and Rapt.AI have announced the deployment of NVIDIA GB10 systems to support the Rancho Cordova AI and Robotics Ecosystem, a municipal initiative to expand access to advanced computing across the Sacramento region.

The Human Machine Collaboration Institute and Rapt.AI have announced the deployment of NVIDIA GB10 systems powered by the Grace Blackwell Superchip to anchor the Rancho Cordova AI and Robotics Ecosystem, according to a press release. The public–private partnership aims to provide scalable AI development resources for students, startups, and researchers in the Greater Sacramento area.

The initiative, introduced at SuperCompute 2025, is supported by a $5 million investment from the City of Rancho Cordova and involves collaboration between NVIDIA, HMCI, Rapt.AI, and the city. The Ecosystem will connect academic institutions, startups, and civic innovators through shared AI infrastructure and remote-access training environments.

Rapt.AI’s platform will provide workload-aware GPU orchestration, enabling multi-user collaboration and scaling across local NVIDIA GB10 systems and NeoCloud (FarmGPU), a GPU cloud designed for distributed AI training and data science. Launching in early 2026, the Ecosystem will offer both local and remote access for model evaluation, fine-tuning, simulation, and multimodal experimentation.
