Hirevue Introduces AI Interviewer for Voice-Based Candidate Assessment
Hirevue announced in a press release the launch of AI Interviewer, a voice-based tool designed to help enterprises identify qualified candidates through dynamic skills-focused interviews. The system uses validated hiring science developed over two decades to evaluate applicants and provide recruiters with predictive insights for prioritizing candidates.
AI Interviewer conducts two-way voice interviews with applicants at any time, assessing job-specific skills beyond traditional screening questions. Responses are scored against industrial-organizational validated rubrics built from thousands of outcome studies, producing evidence-based rankings before any human screening.
The release states that the platform supports global enterprises with governance and compliance requirements, offering an auditable view of each applicant. It is the first product launched following Hirevue’s acquisition of Hireguide’s technology and team in March, reinforcing the company’s focus on improving hiring accuracy and quality across its workflow.
