Hexaware to Acquire Consulting Professionals Services to Expand AI and Cloud Consulting

Hexaware Technologies has announced an agreement to acquire Consulting Professionals Services Holdings, a UK and UAE based consulting firm, to strengthen its AI and cloud transformation capabilities and deepen its relationship with a major FTSE 100 client.

Hexaware Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire Consulting Professionals Services Holdings, including its subsidiary Consulting Professionals Services Limited, announced in a press release. The transaction is expected to close within two weeks.

Consulting Professionals Services (CPS) is based in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. The company provides technology consulting and professional services in regulatory compliance, technology infrastructure, governance, risk, and business transformation for a major FTSE 100 client. Hexaware is already among the top IT service providers for this client, and the acquisition is expected to consolidate client spend and strengthen Hexaware’s position within the client’s supplier network.

Hexaware stated that the acquisition will enhance its capabilities in AI and cloud transformation for financial institutions and large enterprises. CPS brings advisory expertise and an interconnected delivery model that supports both local and global clients. The addition of CPS’s workforce in the UAE and UK is also expected to expand Hexaware’s delivery capacity and strengthen its program assurance and cloud engineering services.
