Hermes Intelligence Appoints New CTO and CPO from Goldman Sachs and Bain
Hermes Intelligence has appointed Karol Oleszek as Chief Technology Officer and Sebastian Kaczmarczyk as Chief Product Officer, announced in a press release. The appointments follow the March 2026 naming of Daniel Sako as CEO and mark the second phase of the company's leadership expansion.
Oleszek joins from Goldman Sachs and Point72, where he developed data infrastructure for investment operations. Kaczmarczyk previously worked at Bain & Company and JP Morgan, leading product initiatives combining data and technology for executive decision-making.
With these additions, Hermes Intelligence aims to accelerate the rollout of its flagship platform, Vextrum, described as an ontology-based knowledge system that provides continuous, structured intelligence without requiring user searches. The company, headquartered in Tallinn with teams in London, Brussels, and Warsaw, serves clients across finance, industry, and government sectors.
