Helfie AI and the Homa Bay County Health Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding for a mobile tuberculosis and hypertension screening pilot covering 100,000 people.

Helfie AI and the Homa Bay County Health Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding for a health screening pilot in Kenya, the company announced in a press release. The program will cover 100,000 people considered most at risk across five subcounties.

The pilot will support early screening and monitoring for tuberculosis and hypertension. It will operate entirely on users' mobile devices and follows nearly nine months of local planning involving Helfie AI, the ministry and the county population health team.
