Hamilton Lane has introduced the Hamilton Lane Global Venture Capital and Growth Fund, an evergreen investment vehicle targeting private market opportunities, as announced in a press release.

Hamilton Lane has launched the Hamilton Lane Global Venture Capital and Growth Fund (HLGVG), an evergreen investment vehicle focused on growth and venture opportunities in the private markets, announced in a press release. The fund is available to individual and institutional investors across Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

The HLGVG fund offers access to Hamilton Lane's global venture capital investment platform, which aims to deliver strong performance by investing in disruptive technologies and innovative businesses. The fund is structured to be diversified across vintage year, transaction type, manager, strategy, and geography, leveraging Hamilton Lane's expertise in private markets co-investments and secondaries.

Hamilton Lane's initiative follows the launch of a similar venture evergreen fund in the U.S. earlier this year. The firm, with a track record of driving digital transformation, utilizes proprietary data, technology, and AI to support decision-making and operational excellence within the fund. This new fund is part of Hamilton Lane's broader $13 billion+ AUM Evergreen Platform, further expanding the strategies available to investors globally.
