Hackajob Introduces AI Voice Agents to Streamline Recruitment
Hackajob has launched three AI voice agents designed to streamline the recruitment process, announced in a press release. These agents, named Chase, Archer, and Thena, aim to eliminate administrative tasks that slow down tech hiring, allowing talent acquisition teams to focus on hiring the best candidates.
Chase is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and engaging tech talent, holding tens of thousands of conversations with candidates weekly. Archer enhances the conversion of inbound applications, achieving a 24-fold increase in successful candidate matches to roles. Thena accelerates the identification of best-fit candidates by reducing manual review time by 70%.
Since its release in July 2024, Hackajob's AI platform has processed over 50,000 jobs, filling a role every 28 minutes. The platform also verifies candidates' identities to reduce fake profiles and has decreased the number of interviews needed to make a hire by 68%.
