Green Badger Adds AI Tools for LEED Assessments

Oct 8, 2026
Green Badger introduced free AI tools that prepare site and water assessments for LEED projects. The company also combined its sustainable construction products in one platform.

Green Badger announced in a press release two free AI powered tools for preparing sustainability assessments required by LEED standards. Site Signal and Water Signal are available through the company’s website.

Site Signal uses a project address to collect data from the U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA, NOAA and CDC. It fills official LEED v5 design and construction planning workbooks, then creates a brief covering methodology, design considerations and remaining tasks.

Water Signal calculates baseline and proposed water use from occupancy, landscape and irrigation data. It supports LEED v4 and v5 requirements, estimates savings and potential points, and lets users compare fixtures, irrigation methods and alternative water sources.

Green Badger also combined its LEED, materials, carbon and sustainability reporting products in one interface. Its Baili assistant can now read uploaded construction submittals, identify products, match them with the company’s database and complete related LEED documentation.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
