Gallatin AI Opens Austin Office to Support Military Logistics
Gallatin AI has opened a new office in Austin, Texas, announced in a press release. The defense logistics software company said the location will bring its engineering and delivery teams closer to Army formations and sustainment commands that inform its product development.
The Austin site is Gallatin's third office and its largest investment near military logistics operations. The company plans to hire across software, AI/ML, and delivery roles. Texas hosts several major Army installations, including Fort Hood, Joint Base San Antonio, and Fort Bliss, as well as the Army’s Transformation and Training Command headquartered in Austin.
Gallatin’s flagship platform, Navigator, provides decision support software for military logistics, generating optimized distribution plans in seconds rather than hours. The company, founded in 2024 and backed by 8VC and other investors, is headquartered in El Segundo, California, with additional offices in Washington, D.C., and now Austin.
