G-P Launches MCP Server for Workforce Data in AI Tools

G-P has launched an MCP Server that connects global employment data to AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cursor, as well as HR and payroll systems.

G-P has launched a Model Context Protocol Server that connects global employment data to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and HR and payroll systems, the company announced in a press release.

The MCP Server is designed to stream workforce data and compliance context into AI tools and corporate agentic workflows. It also connects with systems including Workday, ADP, Paylocity, and SAP.

G-P said HR teams can use the server to generate localized reports, ask follow up questions about employee records, and trigger workflows for changes such as salary or title updates. The system uses G-P's Global Compliance Engine for localized compliance processes.

The server includes access controls, data redaction, and human review for higher risk actions. It works with MCP compatible software and limits AI agent access to data that the user is authorized to view.
