FORT Robotics to Go Public Through Newbury Street II Deal
FORT Robotics and Newbury Street II Acquisition Corp have entered a definitive business combination agreement that would take FORT public, the companies announced in a press release.
After closing, the combined company will be named FORT Robotics Holdings, Inc. and is expected to list on Nasdaq under the ticker FROB, subject to regulatory approvals. The deal values the combined company at an enterprise value of $556.6 million, with a pre money equity value of $500 million.
FORT develops a safety platform for physical AI systems. Its Trust Layer is designed to help autonomous machines from different manufacturers operate around people and in shared spaces.
The company said the platform is backed by 25 patents and certified to Safety Integrity Level 3 under IEC 61508. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
