Fluent Cargo has launched 'Ask Fluent', an AI-driven tool that allows users to query live logistics data through natural language, announced in a press release.

Fluent Cargo has launched 'Ask Fluent', an AI-powered search capability that enables users to make natural language queries against live logistics and transport data, announced in a press release. This new tool connects users to real-time shipping schedules, routing intelligence, market index pricing, disruptions, certified emissions, and cargo tracking through a conversational interface.

Unlike traditional chatbots that rely on static, outdated information, 'Ask Fluent' provides real-time access to curated data from its platform, including shipping schedules, routing options, container tracking, and market intelligence. This feature is designed to enhance data-driven decision-making for logistics professionals by offering live, real-time information that adapts dynamically as the supply chain landscape changes.

'Ask Fluent' leverages Fluent Cargo's five years of data standardization and cleansing, allowing users to ask complex logistics questions in simple conversation. For example, users can inquire about the best way to transport shipping containers from Japan to the West Coast of the United States and receive specific routing recommendations, schedule availability, and departure times.

The tool aims to consolidate access to routing, scheduling, tracking, emissions monitoring, disruptions, and market pricing through a single interface, with plans to integrate third-party logistics platforms. 'Ask Fluent' is now available for existing Fluent Cargo customers, with different access levels based on account capabilities.
