Filevine has partnered with Codes Health to integrate AI based medical record retrieval into its platform, announced in a press release. The collaboration aims to reduce the time and complexity associated with obtaining medical records for legal cases.

Codes Health uses a proprietary facility database, AI verification for record requests, and an operations layer that tracks progress until delivery. The integration allows legal teams to handle medical record retrieval directly within the Filevine system, eliminating the need for outside vendors or manual follow ups.

The service is built to improve accuracy, speed, and transparency for law firms managing personal injury, insurance defense, and mass tort cases. It is now available to Filevine users as part of the company’s Legal Operating Intelligence System (LOIS).
