Fasoo AI and Konsilix Finalize Formation of Symbologic

June 01, 2026
Fasoo AI and Konsilix have completed the formation of Symbologic, a company that combines data security and AI expertise to deliver secure operational intelligence for enterprises.

In a press release, Fasoo AI and Konsilix announced the completion of the formation of Symbologic, a new company focused on secure operational intelligence for enterprises. The company integrates Fasoo AI's data security background with Konsilix's Data in Place AI and Edge technology.

Symbologic is designed to address enterprise concerns such as shadow AI use, data exfiltration, and large language model cost management. It can be deployed within days, either on premises or in a client’s virtual private cloud, ensuring control over sensitive data through privacy governance and role based access controls.

Rob Marano has been appointed President and CEO of Symbologic. He stated that the platform uses an Intent Router and Data in Place architecture to deliver accurate results and maintain a Corporate Memory feature for validated responses, which helps reduce token costs and supports compliance tracking.

Fasoo AI Executive Managing Director Jason Sohn said the venture represents the company’s move beyond data security into broader AI transformation services. Symbologic is being showcased at the Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit.
