EngineAI Robotics has launched its Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing Base and started mass production of its T800 humanoid robots, marking the beginning of large-scale deliveries with a capacity of up to 10,000 units.

EngineAI Robotics has launched its Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing Base and begun mass production of its T800 humanoid robots, announced in a press release. The facility, located in Honghualing, covers about 12,000 square meters and integrates the entire manufacturing process from material inspection to after-sales maintenance.

The company stated that the new production line can produce one humanoid robot every 15 minutes. This marks a transition from small-scale production of hundreds of units in 2025 to a scalable capacity of 10,000 units.

EngineAI said the manufacturing base operates on four quality pillars: supply chain quality control, advanced production processes, smart manufacturing upgrades, and rigorous testing and validation. The firm also plans to expand its production capacity across multiple regions, including Shenzhen and Henan, to support global market growth.
