Elly has launched AI Sourcer, a new system that combines sourcing, engagement, and candidate management into one platform, announced in a press release. The tool allows recruiters to search for candidates through chat, rank them contextually, and run outreach campaigns within the same interface.

AI Sourcer supports multi-step outreach sequences through email and LinkedIn and includes analytics to track engagement. Recruiters can describe roles conversationally and refine searches naturally without using complex filters or boolean strings.
