Elly has launched AI Sourcer, a new system that combines sourcing, engagement, and candidate management into one platform, announced in a press release. The tool allows recruiters to search for candidates through chat, rank them contextually, and run outreach campaigns within the same interface.

AI Sourcer supports multi-step outreach sequences through email and LinkedIn and includes analytics to track engagement. Recruiters can describe roles conversationally and refine searches naturally without using complex filters or boolean strings.

The platform also offers a hybrid model where Elly's team can assist with screening and evaluation. It is designed to help early-stage companies set up recruiting workflows quickly and continue using the system as they grow. Access to AI Sourcer is available at elly.ai.
