Hoopoe Holding is expanding its AI-powered wellness franchise, Elegant Hoopoe, with plans to establish over 200 clinics globally. Announced in a press release, the company aims to capture a significant portion of the $1.5 trillion global wellness market. Since launching its franchise program in June 2025, Elegant Hoopoe has rapidly expanded across the UAE and is now focusing on international markets.

The franchise model is designed to be investor-friendly, offering a 10% profit share instead of traditional royalties. This approach aligns payments with profit performance, ensuring franchise owners are not burdened with fixed fees. The company's AI-driven franchise architecture is under peer review at Harvard University, highlighting its innovative approach to franchise business models.

Elegant Hoopoe's SEGA™ platform integrates AI-powered CRM, clinical protocols, and supply chain management into a single system, ensuring consistent quality and performance across all locations. The UK has been identified as the primary European launch market, with discussions underway in the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. This strategic expansion aims to establish regional hubs for further growth.
