Dstny Introduces Always On Communications for AI Driven Voice Services
Dstny announced in a press release the launch of Always On Communications, a platform that shifts service providers from voice connectivity to an AI first communications operating system. The system places Dstny Digital Agents at its core, enabling real time human assist and autonomous call experiences such as AI receptionists.
The platform includes several components: Dstny Voice, a carrier grade unified communications service; Dstny Digital Agents, available as standard or customized versions; Dstny Call2Teams, which connects Microsoft Teams usage to provider revenue; and Dstny Intelligence, which extracts insights from conversations.
Dstny built the system with a voice layer as its foundation, adding AI capabilities on top. It ensures carrier grade identity, zero latency, and European data residency. The company stated that the design allows service providers to deploy digital employees without overhauling their existing voice infrastructure.
Dstny estimates that the voice AI market could reach 10 to 12 billion euros by 2029, with potential revenue growth from 5 euros per user in voice services to over 50 euros per digital employee.
