Drone Defence Joins Chevron Technology Ventures Catalyst Program
Drone Defence, a UK airspace security and counter drone technology company, announced in a press release that it has been selected to participate in Chevron Technology Ventures' Catalyst Program.
Drone Defence develops and deploys systems that detect, identify, and track drones to help operators manage airspace around sensitive or critical infrastructure. Its products include AeroSentry, a deployable detection sensor, and AeroTracker, a cloud-based monitoring and alerting platform.
Through the Catalyst Program, Drone Defence will work with Chevron Technology Ventures to align its detection and situational awareness technologies with the needs of the energy sector. The collaboration aims to improve visibility of local airspace, helping energy operators detect unauthorized drone activity while supporting the safe use of authorized drones for inspection and operational tasks.
