Domos, an AI-driven property management startup, has secured a multimillion-dollar seed investment with legal guidance from Greenberg Traurig.

Greenberg Traurig has advised Domos, an AI company specializing in property management, in securing a multimillion-dollar seed investment round. The announcement was made in a press release by Greenberg Traurig.

Domos has developed an AI workforce designed to enhance property management by automating routine communications and workflows. This technology allows human teams to concentrate on more valuable tasks, thereby reducing operational costs and improving tenant satisfaction and lease renewal rates.

The legal team from Greenberg Traurig was led by New York Corporate Shareholder Eyal Peled and Associate Preston Barclay, with additional support from James McNamara in the Boston office.
