DigitalNet.ai Invests in Electrosoft to Expand AI-Driven Cybersecurity Capabilities

Electrosoft Services, Inc. has received a strategic investment from DigitalNet.ai to enhance its AI, digital transformation, and data analytics capabilities. The federal cybersecurity firm will remain majority-owned and continue operating independently under its current leadership.

Electrosoft Services, Inc., a federal cybersecurity and digital transformation firm, has received a strategic investment from DigitalNet.ai, announced in a press release. The investment will help Electrosoft expand its AI, digital transformation, and data analytics capabilities while maintaining its independence and existing leadership structure.

Under the agreement, Electrosoft Services, Inc. remains majority-owned and will continue to serve its federal customers and partners without operational changes. The company plans to leverage DigitalNet.ai’s AI expertise and ATLAS cybersecurity platform to scale its mission-focused solutions.

DigitalNet.ai, based in Bethesda, Maryland, operates globally and offers enterprise AI enablement through its JanusAI platform. Electrosoft, headquartered in Reston, Virginia, provides cybersecurity and IT services to federal civilian and defense agencies.
