Digital Turbine Integrates Databricks Platform to Advance Mobile AI
Digital Turbine has formed a strategic partnership with Databricks to expand its use of AI across its global mobile ecosystem, announced in a press release. The integration of Databricks Genie Spaces and Databricks Apps will unify data intelligence across more than a billion devices and 80,000 apps.
Through Databricks Genie, Digital Turbine employees will be able to query data using natural language and receive trusted answers. Genie Spaces will encode business-specific logic to ensure accurate results, streamlining collaboration across device and app data. The company will also use Databricks Apps to build and scale AI applications directly within the Databricks environment.
Digital Turbine’s technology stack includes Ignite Graph, which maps device interactions for predictive modeling, and DT iQ, which aggregates data for targeted insights. The partnership with Databricks will enable these systems to process behavioral signals in real time, supporting automated decision-making for advertisers and brands.
According to the announcement, the collaboration establishes a foundation for generative and agent-based mobile capabilities by combining Digital Turbine’s on-device reach with Databricks’ data intelligence platform.
