Digital Realty announced a new phase in its collaboration with NVIDIA to enhance the design and deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure at Digital Realty's Manassas, Virginia campus, announced in a press release. The site hosts NVIDIA's AI Factory Research Center, which focuses on scalable AI computing environments and advanced facility design.

The partnership supports initiatives such as the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX blueprint for AI factories and the development of digital twins for large-scale AI data centers. Efforts also include the implementation of liquid cooling technologies and exploration of improved power management and energy efficiency methods.

Digital Realty said the collaboration aims to define new standards for AI-optimized data center infrastructure, leveraging its global expertise in high-density power and cooling systems. The company operates AI-ready facilities in key markets, including Northern Virginia, designed to meet the performance and reliability requirements of modern AI workloads.
