Deliverance AI has emerged from stealth with £6 million in annual recurring revenue, more than 30 employees, and six enterprise customers within three months of incorporation, announced in a press release. The UK-founded company is developing an Agentic Operating System designed for regulated enterprises to deploy governed AI within private, sovereign, and air-gapped environments.

The platform helps governments and large organizations manage AI agents with full governance, visibility, and control over data, models, and decisions. It supports deployment across hyperscale cloud, sovereign infrastructure, on-premises systems, and air-gapped setups, allowing customers to maintain data residency and compliance.

Deliverance AI works with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and NVIDIA to move AI from pilot stages into secure production. HPE provides the private cloud foundation through its Private Cloud AI solution, while NVIDIA contributes accelerated computing and its agentic AI software stack, including NVIDIA DGX Spark and NVIDIA NemoClaw.

According to Deliverance AI, its platform enables enterprises to transition from experimentation to production by providing a governed runtime for AI agents, layered knowledge architecture, model routing, and audit capabilities. It has already demonstrated cost and time efficiencies in enterprise deployments, including up to 75 percent cost reduction in one customer case.
