DDR5 AI Server Memory Market Could Reach $6.8B by 2035

DC Market Insights said in a press release that the DDR5 AI server memory market could grow from $2.14 billion in 2025 to $6.8 billion by 2035. The forecast represents annual growth of 12.25%.

Servers with more than 2 TB of DDR5 host memory are projected to account for $4.42 billion of the market by 2035. The report expects demand to shift toward 256 GB modules as AI servers require more host memory without proportional increases in module slots.

The forecast also covers MRDIMM and CXL memory expansion modules, which provide additional bandwidth and capacity alongside conventional RDIMM modules. North America represented 50% of the market in 2025, followed by Asia Pacific at 28% and Europe at 14%.
