DarioHealth Wins Fortune 50 Employer Contract for AI Cardiometabolic Care Platform

DarioHealth has been selected by a Fortune 50 employer to deliver its AI enhanced cardiometabolic care platform for over 100,000 employees. The program launches in Fall 2026 with revenue expected to begin by year end.

DarioHealth Corp. has been awarded a contract by a Fortune 50 employer to provide its digital cardiometabolic care platform to more than 100,000 eligible employees, announced in a press release. The program, which supports employees managing diabetes and hypertension, is expected to launch in Fall 2026.

DarioHealth’s platform combines connected devices, human coaching, and AI powered insights through its DarioIQ system to deliver personalized care in a single experience. Revenue from the contract is expected to begin by the end of 2026, with further growth projected throughout 2027.

This marks DarioHealth’s fifth Fortune 50 client using its integrated chronic condition management solution. The company stated that nearly one quarter of its clients are Fortune 500 organizations as demand continues to rise for unified digital health platforms addressing diabetes and hypertension together.
