Cyngn Expands NVIDIA Partnership with Isaac Sim-Based Testing Environment

February 05, 2026
Cyngn has advanced its collaboration with NVIDIA by developing a simulation environment built on NVIDIA Isaac Sim to accelerate the deployment of its autonomous vehicle technologies. The environment allows Cyngn to test and refine its autonomy and fleet management software in a digital warehouse that mirrors real-world operations.

Cyngn has expanded its partnership with NVIDIA through the development of a simulation environment built on the NVIDIA Isaac Sim platform, announced in a press release. The environment is designed to accelerate the commercial deployment of Cyngn’s autonomous vehicle solutions by enabling realistic testing and validation in a digital warehouse that replicates real-world conditions.

The Isaac Sim-based setup allows Cyngn to execute its autonomy stack, mission creation tools, and telematics systems as if operating in an actual facility. This supports larger simulated fleets, complex environments, and a wider range of operational scenarios. The system also shortens quality assurance cycles and enables earlier evaluation of new features.

As part of the collaboration, Cyngn is contributing a detailed industrial vehicle dynamics model to the Isaac Sim framework. This model replicates the physical characteristics of heavy material-handling vehicles, improving simulation accuracy for real-world performance. Cyngn plans to use the new environment for development, customer demonstrations, and early-stage training workflows.
