Criteria Corp Expands Predictive Interviewing Suite with AI Interview Agent and Video Tools
Criteria Corp announced in a press release the expansion of its Predictive Interviewing suite with two new tools: Real Time Video Interviewing and AI Interview Agent. The update aims to help organizations conduct more consistent and structured interviews supported by explainable AI.
Real Time Video Interviewing integrates live interview guidance, AI-assisted note capture, scoring support, and post-interview insights within a single workflow. This allows interviewers to focus on the candidate while maintaining consistent evaluation standards and reducing administrative work.
The AI Interview Agent enables organizations to deliver standardized early-stage interviews across voice, text, and video formats. It captures and structures candidate responses for human review, providing consistent insights while ensuring that final hiring decisions remain under human oversight.
Predictive Interviewing is part of Criteria's broader Talent Signal Platform, which combines assessments, interviewing, explainable AI, and post-hire development to create a unified view of candidate potential. All AI products from Criteria have achieved ISO 42001 certification for AI management systems.
