Coveo has introduced a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)-as-a-Service offering for AWS agentic AI services, providing a managed retrieval layer through a hosted MCP Server to improve grounding and compliance of enterprise AI applications.

Coveo Solutions Inc. has introduced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)-as-a-Service for Amazon Web Services agentic AI services, announced in a press release. The new cloud-native offering integrates with AWS tools such as Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock Agents, and Amazon Quick Suite through a Coveo-hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server.

The service provides enterprise developers with a managed retrieval layer that grounds AI systems in factual, secure, and permission-aware data. It includes configurable tools for passage retrieval, answer generation, search, and document fetching—each aimed at improving precision and contextual relevance in generative AI applications.

By connecting AWS agentic AI services with Coveo’s retrieval capabilities, organizations can deploy secure and compliant generative AI more quickly. Early access to the RAG-as-a-Service platform is being offered to developers seeking to accelerate enterprise AI agent projects with permission-aware and scalable infrastructure.
