Coveo Reports Fiscal 2026 Results with Record Fourth Quarter Performance
Coveo Solutions Inc. announced in a press release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026, which ended on March 31, 2026. The company reported total revenue of 37.4 million dollars for the quarter, a 9 percent increase from 34.4 million dollars in the same period last year. SaaS subscription revenue reached 35.9 million dollars, up 10 percent from 32.6 million dollars. The quarter closed with a net loss of 2.3 million dollars compared to 6.3 million dollars a year earlier, and adjusted EBITDA of 0.8 million dollars.
For the full fiscal year, Coveo recorded total revenue of 148.3 million dollars, an 11 percent increase from 133.3 million dollars in fiscal 2025. SaaS subscription revenue grew 13 percent to 142.5 million dollars. The company reported a net loss of 28.9 million dollars for the year, compared to a loss of 13.8 million dollars in the prior period. Cash flows from operating activities rose to 13.7 million dollars for the quarter, up from 6.8 million dollars.
Coveo also highlighted a strategic sovereign AI partnership with Bell Canada and the appointment of a new Chief Sales Officer. The company said it achieved its strongest fourth quarter new business performance in its history, including its largest new enterprise customer deal for the second consecutive quarter. A financial outlook for the first quarter and full fiscal year 2027 was also provided.
