The funding will be used to accelerate product innovation and expand ConverzAI's go-to-market strategy. The company's platform employs virtual recruiters that manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to final placement, using generative AI technology. These virtual recruiters engage with candidates through voice, text, and email, analyzing responses in real-time to facilitate data-driven hiring decisions.
ConverzAI's platform has already processed over 100,000 jobs and engaged millions of candidates, delivering tens of thousands of placements. The company plans to use the new funding to increase its workforce and expand internationally by the end of the year, furthering its mission to transform recruitment with AI-powered technology.
