Commvault Surpasses $1 Billion in Annual Recurring Revenue

Commvault reported $276 million in total revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, an 18% year-over-year increase, as it surpassed $1 billion in annual recurring revenue ahead of schedule.

Commvault reported total revenue of $276 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, an 18% increase year over year, announced in a press release. The company also exceeded $1 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR), reaching the milestone two quarters earlier than expected.

Operating cash flow reached $77 million, with free cash flow at $74 million. The company credited strong ARR and SaaS growth for its quarterly performance.

Recent business highlights included the acquisition of Satori Cyber, the launch of Clumio for Apache Iceberg on AWS, and the introduction of HyperScale Edge and HyperScale Flex products. For the third quarter of fiscal 2026, Commvault expects total revenue between $298 million and $300 million, with subscription revenue projected between $195 million and $197 million.
