CometChat Raises $6.5 Million to Expand AI Agent Platform

CometChat has raised $6.5 million in strategic funding from Run Ventures to advance its AI agent platform, focusing on outbound intelligence, multi-agent orchestration, and customer intelligence capabilities.

CometChat has raised $6.5 million in strategic funding from existing investor Run Ventures, announced in a press release. The new capital brings the company's total funding to $21.1 million.

CometChat said the funds will be used to expand its AI platform, which allows businesses to build and deploy conversational AI agents without coding expertise. The expansion strategy focuses on three pillars: Proactive Outbound Intelligence, Multi-Agent Orchestration, and a Customer Intelligence Layer.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, CometChat plans to scale AI deployments, expand go-to-market operations, and strengthen its position in vertical markets. The company was recently listed among Forbes' Top 500 American Startup Employers for 2026.
