Collectly has introduced its AI agent Billie and revenue cycle management platform on Epic's Connection Hub, offering healthcare providers automated patient billing, flexible payment plans, and 24/7 AI support without disrupting existing Epic workflows.

Collectly has made its AI agent Billie and revenue cycle management platform available in the Connection Hub on Epic Systems Corporation, announced in a press release.

The integration allows Epic customer organizations to use Collectly tools directly within existing Epic workflows. Through the system, healthcare providers can sync patient balances, demographics, and payment activity across platforms while maintaining Epic as the main record system. Collectly’s platform automates patient billing, collections, and support through segmented digital journeys across text, email, voice, and mail.

Billie, Collectly’s AI agent, provides continuous billing support to patients via chat, SMS, email, and voice. It can answer payment questions, set up plans, and handle most inquiries independently, with more than 475,000 billing questions resolved so far. Providers adopting Collectly often report faster patient payment cycles and substantial reductions in billing support costs.

Epic users can access Collectly’s solutions through the Connection Hub, offering a unified digital billing experience for healthcare organizations nationwide.
