Circus SE Secures European Patent for AI-Robotics System

Circus SE has received a European patent for its AI-robotics system, the CA-1, which is designed for autonomous meal preparation.

Circus SE has secured a European patent for its AI-robotics system, the CA-1, announced in a press release. The patent covers the device architecture and autonomous food preparation method, protecting the core technology of the CA-1 system.

The CA-1 system is designed for automated, hygienic, and consistent meal production in compact environments. It features a rotationally symmetrical preparation vessel and a robotic manipulator that autonomously handles the vessel using multi-modal heat control and adaptive decision-making.

With serial production already underway, the patent supports the upcoming rollout of the CA-1 and strengthens Circus SE's position in the market. The company is also expanding its intellectual property coverage in key international markets, including the United States, to support global commercialization.
