Caristo Diagnostics Presents AI Heart CT Data at ESC Congress 2026
Caristo Diagnostics said in a press release that research led by University of Oxford presented at ESC Congress 2026 showed its FAI-Score biomarker can assess coronary inflammation using cardiac CT without contrast.
The company said the data showed the biomarker could identify higher risk in patients with a zero coronary calcium score. The findings use the same coronary inflammation biology and AI technology behind CaRi-Heart, Caristo's product for coronary inflammation assessment from routine coronary CT angiography.
Caristo also presented ORFAN-MAESTRIA research using its AI to predict stroke from routine cardiac CT. Other ESC Congress 2026 sessions covered the company's platform for cardiovascular risk assessment.
