Canary Technologies Secures $80M to Expand AI Hospitality Solutions
Canary Technologies has raised $80 million in a Series D funding round led by Brighton Park Capital, as announced in a press release. This investment aims to bolster Canary's position as a leader in AI-powered guest-facing hotel technology and support its global expansion efforts.
The funding round saw participation from existing investors, including Insight Partners, F-Prime Capital, Thayer Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Commerce Ventures. With this latest investment, Canary's valuation has reached approximately $600 million.
Canary Technologies plans to use the new capital to accelerate its growth and expand its partnerships with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Wyndham, and Best Western. The company currently supports over 20,000 hotels in more than 100 countries, offering AI-driven solutions like AI Voice and Webchat to enhance guest engagement.
The company's co-founders, CEO Harman Singh Narula and President Satjot "SJ" Sawhney, emphasized the importance of AI in transforming the hospitality industry, highlighting their commitment to delivering intelligent, enterprise-grade solutions that improve hotel operations and guest experiences.
