C1Secure has introduced SmartReady, a release assurance product designed for ServiceNow platform owners. The product helps enterprises assess, certify, and govern applications, workflows, and platform changes before production, announced in a press release.

SmartReady integrates with the company's SmartCompliance Suite and builds on its previous SmartAI Ops release. It provides structured validation for ServiceNow environments that include Build Agent, App Engine, AI-assisted development, and DevOps Change Velocity. The tool analyzes ServiceNow artifacts such as roles, scripts, flows, and integrations to identify their impact on security, governance, and compliance workflows.

The product automatically assembles evidence for change requests, supports CAB reviews, and generates an App Passport that summarizes application details including intent, builder, access model, and control impacts. This documentation enables platform owners and reviewers to verify releases before they reach production.

SmartReady is available in three configurations: Core, which provides foundational release assurance; optional Packs that extend coverage to DevOps, Autonomous Work, GRC, and SecOps; and Managed Assurance, which includes C1Secure-assisted review, release risk reporting, and governance advisory services.
