Bradesco Enhances Fraud Detection with FICO AI Platform

Bradesco has overhauled its fraud prevention and digital banking systems using the FICO Platform, processing nearly 1 billion transactions monthly and reducing fraud-related disruptions by 89%, announced in a press release. The Brazilian banking giant has integrated AI-powered decisioning and digital onboarding to enhance security and efficiency.
The implementation of the FICO Platform has allowed Bradesco to process up to 25 million PIX payments daily, enabling real-time transfers and fraud detection. This has resulted in a 25% reduction in transaction rejections and an 11% increase in real-time account openings. The bank's transformation has also led to a 50% reduction in transactions held for further review, significantly improving operational efficiency.
Bradesco's efforts in modernizing its systems have been recognized with a 2025 FICO Decision Industry Vanguard Award. The bank continues to evolve as a technology-driven financial institution, focusing on enhancing customer experience and financial security through advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.
