Blattner and Built Robotics have announced a three-year agreement to enhance safety in solar construction projects across the United States. Announced in a press release, the partnership will see the deployment of dozens of Built's AI-powered robots to assist with tasks such as pile driving, surveying, material handling, drilling, and trenching.

The initiative aims to improve worker safety and operational efficiency while meeting the growing demand for clean energy. Built's robots, managed by trained operators at a safe distance, are designed to reduce the risk of injuries on-site. The robots feature an 8-Layer Safety System, including AI-powered personnel detection and geofence barriers, which has maintained a 100% success rate in preventing injuries.

This collaboration builds on previous successful projects between the two companies, leveraging Blattner's extensive experience in renewable energy construction and Built's advanced automation technology. The partnership underscores a commitment to creating safer and more efficient solar construction environments.
