Binti has announced a collaboration with Anthropic to introduce AI tools aimed at reducing administrative tasks for social workers, enhancing their focus on child welfare.

Binti has announced a collaboration with Anthropic to launch a new AI offering designed to streamline administrative tasks for social workers, announced in a press release. This initiative aims to help social workers save time on paperwork, allowing them to dedicate more attention to children and families.

The new AI tools, powered by Anthropic's Claude, include features such as Binti Form and Case Note Completion, which automatically draft paperwork from recorded meetings or uploaded handwritten notes. Additionally, the Chat with Binti AI feature enables social workers to quickly search through extensive case data and agency policies.

Binti's collaboration with Anthropic is part of a broader effort to enhance the efficiency of social services across the U.S., currently serving over 550 agencies in 36 states. The pilot launch with 20 child welfare agencies has shown promising results, with workers reporting significant time savings on administrative tasks.
