
BGM Group Acquires Xingdao Intelligent and YD Network
BGM Group Ltd has announced the acquisition of Xingdao Intelligent and YD Network, as stated in a press release. The acquisitions, valued at RMB800 million, will be completed through the issuance of 37,123,142 newly issued Class A ordinary shares of BGM at a price of US$3.0 per share. The transactions are expected to close by the end of June 2025.
Xingdao Intelligent, a leader in embodied service robots, brings over 300 patents in areas such as mechanical design and autonomous decision-making. Its products are used in various industries, including restaurant services and industrial inspections. This acquisition will allow BGM to enhance its AI capabilities by integrating hardware and software solutions.
YD Network Technology, known for its intelligent stock trading solutions, will enable BGM to expand into the fintech sector. The company offers services like intelligent stock selection and trading strategy optimization, which are utilized by individual traders and investment firms.
These acquisitions are part of BGM's strategy to build a comprehensive AI productivity platform, strengthening its position in hardware-software integration and algorithmic innovation.
