BGM Group Acquires HM Management to Boost AI Ecosystem

BGM Group Ltd has announced the acquisition of HM Management Company Limited to expand its AI application ecosystem, in a deal valued at approximately $41.7 million.

BGM Group Ltd has announced it will acquire HM Management Company Limited in a strategic move to expand its AI application ecosystem, announced in a press release. The all-stock transaction is valued at approximately RMB300 million (US$41.7 million) and involves BGM issuing 16,663,427 Class A ordinary shares at $2.50 per share.

The acquisition includes HM Management's subsidiaries, Shuda Technology and New Media Star Technology. Shuda Technology specializes in AI-driven enterprise efficiency solutions, while New Media Star operates an AI tools platform with over 150,000 followers. This acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, pending customary closing conditions.

BGM's CEO, Xin Chen, highlighted that the acquisition will enhance BGM's industry-specific AI capabilities, allowing the company to expand into new market opportunities and strengthen its position in the AI industry. The integration of Shuda Technology and New Media Star is anticipated to accelerate BGM's roadmap and secure a leading position in next-generation AI operating systems.
