Benchling Adds Chemistry Tools and Inductive Bio Models to R&D Platform

Benchling has expanded its research and development platform into chemistry with Reactions, a tool for planning one step synthesis, and predictive small molecule models from Inductive Bio.

Benchling has expanded its research and development platform into chemistry with Reactions, a tool for planning and modeling one step synthesis, and added predictive models from Inductive Bio, the company announced in a press release.

Reactions lets chemists sketch reactions or import reaction files, calculate stoichiometry and quantities, account for salts and solvates, and search past reactions by structure or similarity. Molecules and reactions are stored with related experiments and biological results in Benchling.

The Inductive Bio models are being added to Benchling Model Hub for small molecule research and development. Scientists can register proposed molecules, run ADMET predictions before physical testing, and compare predictions with experimental results from compounds already made.

Benchling said its chemistry offering is currently in limited availability.
