bedra showcased its copper alloy materials for artificial intelligence infrastructure at IEEE PES T&D 2026, announced in a press release. The company highlighted how its alloys improve performance in both data center cooling systems and high-voltage power networks.

For AI data centers, bedra presented high-purity copper materials used in liquid cooling plates for GPUs and CPUs. These materials provide efficient heat dissipation and maintain structural integrity at high temperatures. The Powerway copper alloys offer over 30 percent higher post-brazing strength than pure copper, supporting component miniaturization. The company also offers oxygen-free copper with electrical conductivity up to 101 percent IACS to reduce voltage drop and energy loss in high-current environments.

In power transmission systems, bedra demonstrated materials such as bedra18200 and bedra18150, which combine high strength and hardness with good conductivity. These alloys resist wear and deformation under high temperatures, making them suitable for stationary contacts and structural components. The company also introduced bedra10100 copper for vacuum interrupters, designed to reduce energy losses and enhance dielectric performance.

bedra's Vietnam manufacturing facility supports global supply with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. The site holds ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949 certifications and produces over 400 copper, brass, bronze, and nickel silver grades.
