Bank of America Reports Record Use of AI-Powered CashPro Tools

Bank of America announced record usage of its AI-driven CashPro Chat and transaction search features, with nearly 70% of corporate clients using the tools for treasury management.

Bank of America announced in a press release that its AI-powered CashPro Chat and transaction search tools have reached record adoption among corporate clients worldwide.

Client use of CashPro Chat rose 21% year-over-year, with nearly 70% of corporate clients relying on the tool to access account information, track transactions, and resolve service issues. CashPro Search, launched in February 2023, surpassed 18 million total searches, including 2.4 million in the third quarter of 2025, marking a new quarterly record.

CashPro Chat provides 24/7 support with live experts available 24 hours a day during the workweek and average response times under 30 seconds. The system handled a 43% containment rate in Q3 2025, with the most common inquiries related to payments, authentication, and access management. CashPro Search validates payment status across multiple transaction types and has reduced phone and email inquiries by 20% among early adopters.

The bank said it plans to expand CashPro’s AI capabilities further, including adding credit inquiry support and automating routine treasury workflows in upcoming updates.
