Avionté has integrated advanced AI capabilities into its AviontéBOLD platform using Anthropic and Amazon Web Services (AWS), announced in a press release. This integration aims to enhance recruiter workflows by embedding AI directly into the platform, eliminating the need for third-party tools and addressing data privacy concerns.

The new AI features include an enhanced chatbot built with Anthropic's Claude technology, which conducts structured candidate interviews and automates talent engagement. Additionally, AviontéBOLD users can now generate job descriptions with a single click, streamlining the recruitment process.

Avionté's approach ensures that AI deployment adheres to privacy, security, and ethical standards, maintaining human oversight of AI-generated content. The company plans to roll out further AI enhancements throughout 2025, offering these features at no additional cost to users.
