AVAIO Digital has partnered with Cummins to equip its upcoming data centers with critical backup power, announced in a press release. This agreement is part of AVAIO's broader strategy to develop AI-ready data centers across the United States, with construction set to begin in 2025.

The partnership involves the purchase of generators from Cummins, ensuring seamless and reliable power for AVAIO's data centers, which are designed to support high-density AI and cloud services. AVAIO has also entered into agreements for additional equipment, committing over $200 million to these developments, with plans to deliver energized data centers by 2026.

These collaborations aim to enhance the reliability and efficiency of AVAIO's data centers, enabling the deployment of GPU-intensive AI models at industry-leading densities. Several campuses will also feature onsite solar generation, aligning with the industry's focus on renewable energy sources.
